Should the contents of your Shopping Cart exceed the dimensions of an Extra Large Parcel or weighs more than 20kg, or your address is out of the delivery area, the postage charges will be quoted accordingly. In the event that you place a very large order and our website is unable to calculate postage, please contact us for a postage quote, parcel will only be dispatched after the postage is paid.
You order will be processed within 2 working days. All orders are delivered during business hours. National delivery will take 3-7 business days. Regional areas will take longer. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces Addresses or Private Parcel Lockers.
1/ Upon arrival of your parcel, please check any damage to the item at once, simply refuse the parcel if any damage.
2/ We don't take responsibility after you received items and found item is short or damaged.
Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Reasons for Order Delays
• Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
• Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of order as you will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
Customers can also pick up your purchase from our warehouse. Please ring us to tell your time to visit and we will get the items ready beforehand.
